Terms of Service

1. What Sideravia is

Sideravia is an educational and informational stock research tool. It scores stocks and ETFs, publishes model portfolios, and surfaces exit signals based on our own methodology. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Every verdict, score, and signal is an input to your own decision-making, not a substitute for it. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Creating an account requires a valid email address and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, including enabling two-factor authentication if you choose to. Paid subscriptions (Investor, Pro) are billed via Stripe in CHF or EUR, on a recurring basis, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, resell, or redistribute Sideravia's data or content without written permission; attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or plan-based feature restrictions; use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. No warranty, limitation of liability

Sideravia is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong — we work to catch and correct errors, but we don't guarantee accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sideravia and its operator are not liable for any investment losses, damages, or decisions made in reliance on information from this site.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
